Lead store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrink goals and complete required administrative and operational duties necessary to goal achievement;
Schedule store associates and supervise staffing levels to ensure best-in-class guest service;

Ensure associates are trained and compliant, manage payroll and time off, and input performance feedback in HR systems;
