This position supports production, engineering, and quality teams. W e manufacture and deliver a wide range of instrumentation and control solutions for the Oil & Gas Production and Natural Gas Compression markets. Our products improve the protection, performance, and reliability of the Natural Gas Supply Chain while protecting our environment and creating systems and equipment to help producers stay in compliance and meet stringent emission regulations.

WHAT YOU’LL DOThe Document Control Specialist at FW Murphy is responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of production and quality related documentation.

Responsibilities include:

Document Management Manage the document control database, including tracking systems for FW Murphy's records and document revision level status.

Support the workflow and delivery of required documents, releasing new and revised documents through Agile.

Maintain the Quality Management System for the electronic distribution of approved controlled documents through Agile PLM.Ensure proper handling of quality documents, including policies, procedures, templates, and administrative records.

Assist with internal and external audits as required by the document control procedure.

Implement and oversee document control procedures to ensure that all records are up-to-date, accessible, applicable, documented, and uploaded in Agile.

Manage document control systems or databases, ensuring they are secure, updated, and user-friendly.

Support the release process and the upload of 8D and PFMA documents in Agile.

Verify that all documentation adheres to industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.

Train staff in document control procedures and the use of document management systems.

Provide support to internal teams for any document-related queries.
