Shift/Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30AM to 3PM, some overtime and Saturday
Pay Rate: $30+/hr DOE
Location: Rosenberg, TX
Experience: 3-5 years exp manufacturing, 1+ years supervisory exp

Powder Coating Line Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the overall operation of all powder coating equipment in the application of material to components and accessories according to specifications
- Ensures quality levels are met on fabricated and prepared products
- Maintains workflow of powder coating application life cycle
- Delegates to team members and oversees operations
- Responsible for ensuring a clean and safe work environment
- Demonstrated ownership and accountability in a manufacturing setting
- Powder Coating experience required
- Able to read and understand blueprints
- Able to use basic measuring devices to ensure quality
- Computer proficiency (MS office and manufacturing software)
