CNC Machinist - Direct Hire Opportunity
Rosenberg, TX | $30.00-$38.00/hour DOE | Full-Time Permanent
Lofton Staffing is partnering with a precision manufacturing company in Rosenberg to hire an experienced CNC Machinist. This is a direct hire, permanent position with full benefits starting Day 1.
Position Details
- Location: Rosenberg, TX
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
- Equipment: CNC Lathes, Mills, Vertical Turret Lathes (VTL)
- Controls: Fanuc, Haas, Siemens
- Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes, mills, and vertical turret lathes
- Write and optimize G-code programs for maximum efficiency
- Interpret blueprints and technical drawings with precision
- Select appropriate tooling, speeds, and feeds for each job
- Conduct quality inspections using precision measuring instruments
- Perform routine machine maintenance and ensure safety compliance
- Pay: $30-$38/hour based on experience
- Overtime: Available at 1.5x pay

What We're Looking For
Must Have:
- 3-5 years of hands-on CNC machining experience
- Proven experience with CNC lathes, mills, and VTL (vertical turning lathe)
- G-code programming skills (Fanuc, Haas, or Siemens controls)
- Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints
- Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and manufacturing
- High school diploma or GED
- Reliable transportation to Rosenberg
- Horizontal boring mill (HBM) experience
- Trade school or technical certification
