SummaryThe assembler puts together various products such as service equipment, reading detailed instructions to ensure products are created efficiently and correctly.
- Reading and comprehending instructions and following established procedures
- Collecting all material and equipment needed to begin the process
- Taking precision measurements to ensure perfect fit of components
- Select or modify components according to measurements and specifications
- Align material and put together parts to build more complex units
- Check output to ensure highest quality
- Preferred
- High school diploma or General Education Degree (GED) - Be able to read, write, and speak English fluently
- One year minimum manufacturing experience.
- Ability to perform basic math, including the use of calculators.
- Proven experience as an assembler
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Cross-referencing documents and parts
- Use of hand tools (Torque screw drivers)
- Leadership Capability

This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 7:00-3:30 pm or 3:30-12:00 am. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Physical Requirements & Work Environment Lifting and Carrying- Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull items up to 5 0 lbs. (sometimes more, depending on the job)
- The task repeats 6
-7 times per 8-hour shift
- Ability to stand for extended periods (8
-12 hours) - Frequent walking throughout the floor to clean , allocate, receive, pack /unpack materials and parts
- Regularly need to bend, twist, kneel, or squat
- Frequently reaching above the shoulders or below the waist
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks with hands, such as assembling small parts, packing, or sorting
- Use of small hand tools, requiring fine motor skills
- Visual acuity (with or without corrective lenses) to read labels, gauges, blueprints, or assembly instructions
- Tolerance for light noise, dust, light, and light soldering smoke
- Exposure to moving mechanical parts (Must be able to wear PPE – Steel-toed Shoes, Safety Glasses, protective gloves, and Electrostatic Control Coat
