- Set up and break down printing equipment according to manufacturer guidelines
- Operate and monitor printing machinery and equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshoot minor equipment issues
- Work closely with team members to ensure jobs are completed on time
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the production area
- Follow workplace safety procedures and company policies
- Ensure print quality standards are consistently met
- Previous experience operating a printing press is preferred
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and teamwork skills
- Basic communication and troubleshooting abilities
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Interest or experience in graphic design is a plus
Compensation: $13.00 per hour
