- Ensuring daily packaging objectives are achieved and departments are running efficiently
- Ensuring all packaging activities are compliant with cGMPs, SOPs, and safety policies
- Reviewing and verifying that all packaging documents are completed in accordance with Company/FDA policies and procedures.
- Working directly and supporting all personnel to ensure departmental success
- Assisting with difficult machine trouble shooting
- Assisting with equipment repair and/or replacement
- Alerting the Packaging Supervisor of quality issues and assisting with QA investigations and corrective actions are implemented
- Approve new employee training completion and certification (where applicable)
- Monitoring and providing the Packaging Supervisor with training progress reports
- Working with Packaging Supervisor to resolve packaging issues and assist with resolution implementation
- Maintaining a professional and safe work environment
- Effectively working, interacting and communicating with co-workers and lead/supervisor.
- Demonstrating professional behavior while working in a team approach when managing challenging situations
- Assisting in providing a safe, secure and comfortable environment for all staff
