A well-established industrial manufacturer in the Rosenberg area is hiring multiple Extrusion Operators on a direct-hire basis. This is a permanent, full-time position — not a temp role — with a company that invests in its people from day one. • Set up and operate 4-post style hydraulic presses and pull-through presses to produce precision components
• Load and unload material; assist with tooling assembly and disassembly between production runs
• Run production batches of 5–25 pieces with consistent attention to quality and dimensional accuracy
• Inspect finished parts using calipers and tape measures to verify conformance to spec
• Perform routine machine maintenance — hydraulic fluid checks, greasing fittings, and basic upkeep
• Follow written work procedures and safety standards throughout every production cycle

Employment Type: Direct hire — permanent from day one, not a temp-to-hire position

• Experience in a high-heat industrial manufacturing environment — this is a non-negotiable
• Hydraulic press setup and operation experience strongly preferred
• Hot metal extrusion or hot metal forming background is the target profile — plastic extrusion experience will be considered
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot press and tooling issues independently
• Comfortable working safely around high temperatures and heavy equipment
• Reliable, safety-minded, and able to work with minimal supervision
