Valiant Residential is seeking a Community Manager to supervise day-to-day apartment community operations, implement company policies, and ensure compliance with regulations and investors’ requirements. You will manage staff, budgeting, leasing, and maintenance to maintain a safe, well‑maintained community.
Qualifying candidates have 3+ years in property management, strong English communication, and familiarity with Fair Housing norms. Spanish is a plus; CAM/ARM certifications are preferred.
