Maintain a visible presence at store entrances/exits and on the sales floor to deter theft and ensure safety.;
Provide courteous customer service, greet customers, and respond to questions in a friendly manner.;
Collaborate with store leadership and loss prevention to minimize operational shortages and address shortages.;
Identify theft indicators and communicate findings to store leadership and loss prevention.;
Assist in training and educating associates on shortage reduction initiatives and clearance of unsafe conditions.
