• Read and write Spanish/English, interact with general public and co-workers.
• Read and comprehend simple instructions, product labels, product pricing codes, shelf tags, short correspondence, and memos.
• Write simple correspondence.
• Effectively present information in one‑on‑one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
• Apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions.
• Regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 45 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.

• Basic PC/Outlook skills
• Retail Management Certificate

• Under direct supervision of the Grocery Manager, the Grocery Clerk will provide friendly, courteous, and helpful service.
• Assist customers, clean display cases, clean shelves, and clean, fill and rotate the self‑serve displays.
• Work a variety of hours including nights and weekends.
• Perform heavy lifting, bending, and stooping for long periods of time.
• Physical requirements include lifting, standing, walking, kneeling, as well as visual and auditory functions.
