Under the direction of the Supervisor, the Inventory Associate will ensure all aspects of the daily activities at their designated garages are managed to meet the needs of the client. The associate embodies the P.A.L.S core values through performance, policy, and procedure adherence. They communicate upward through the team for all matters between the client and LG-OSS.
Essential Functions- Ensure garage coverage is met daily at primary location(s) and assist in backup coverage to other locations when available.
- Maintain inventory quality and quantity through 98% or above scan compliance in all assigned garages.
- Ensure service requirement of 7:30 AM (local time) is met daily.
- Ensure daily Garage 101 tasks are completed by the team.
- Garage product signs placed correctly; product staged correctly; desk area clean, organized, functional; garage barcode placed on desk or wall.
- Follow policies and maintain LG-OSS and AT&T policy compliance.
- Report on time and submit daily reports by set deadlines.
- Complete operations task sequence in order.
- Maintain First In/First Out stock management.
- Act as safety advocate, maintain accident‑free work environment.
- Participate in daily conference calls with staff and management.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, participate in leadership skill development.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 0% - 25% local travel ( ≤ 100 miles one way per trip) expected annually.
- 0% - 10% extended travel (> 100 miles one way per trip) may be asked annually.
This role operates in a warehouse environment. It routinely involves loud noises, bright lights, and interior temperatures that may equal current exterior weather conditions.
QualificationsPhysical Demands:
- Ability to talk or hear; close vision and ability to adjust focus.
- Requires lifting, bending, twisting, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
- Use of pallet jacks, laptops, scanners, and other office products.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED.
- At least 6 months warehouse/inventory experience.

- Ability to use a pallet jack.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
