Game Stop - 24004 Southwest Freeway, Suite 302 - Responsibilities:
Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting them with their video gaming needs.;
Collaborate with the store team to maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised selling floor.;
Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and transferring products from stock to the selling floor.;
Assist the store team in meeting and exceeding sales, profit, and shrinkage reduction goals.;
Address guest questions and concerns promptly and escalate issues as needed to a store keyholder
