As an Internet Sales Consultant
, you’ll be the first point of contact for online shoppers—guiding them through the digital sales process with speed, accuracy, and professionalism. With a steady stream of inbound leads, strong tools, and an award-winning dealership team behind you, your earning potential is unmatched.

• Respond promptly and professionally to all internet leads from our website and referral services
• Manage a pipeline of prospects using CRM software
• Provide accurate quotes on vehicle pricing, rates, and inventory availability
• Set appointments and greet clients in person for vehicle presentations
• Present and demonstrate new and pre-owned inventory
• Collect and process credit applications both online and in-store
• Stay current on Ford product knowledge, market trends, and certifications
• Consistently meet performance standards in customer satisfaction, gross profit, and unit sales

• Previous sales or automotive experience preferred
• Strong communication and follow-up skills
• Comfortable working in CRM and digital lead management platforms
• Highly organized and self-motivated
• A positive, team-oriented attitude with a strong customer-first focus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
