Customer Development Representative

A development program designed to teach you the basics of direct sales while working in one of our entry level positions. You will learn a trade without college or more schooling. Competitive Hourly Base Pay + Weekly Commissions will be paid during your time in our development program. Working 6 hours daily, Sunday-Thursday with occasional weekends.

• Engage with potential customers through door-to-door canvassing to generate leads and promote products or services.
• Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey information and answer questions.
• Assist in marketing efforts by distributing promotional materials and gathering feedback.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive experience.
• Collaborate with team members to strategize and improve canvassing techniques.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up with leads as necessary.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with potential leads.
• Experience in canvassing or door-to-door sales is a plus, but not required.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.
• Customer service experience is beneficial.
