Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00

• Install parts to correct issues found after installation inspection.
• Touch up finish where defects and or damage occurred during installation.
• Adjust all doors and drawers in the house to be level/flush to open and close properly.
• Responsible to ensure our cabinets are 100% acceptable to our customers prior to closing.
• Installation of cabinetry to complete existing orders.
• Provide customer and warranty services in occupied homes.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

Experience, Education, Certification:

• Valid Class C Drivers License.
• Must be able to pass company Drug Screen and background screen.
• Must meet Benedettini Cabinetry's Driver MVR Qualification Standards.
• Knowledge of carpentry, stain and paint.
• At least 5 years of cabinetry service and or installation.
• Must own all appropriate tools for cabinet installation and punch out (Chop saw, Table saw, Hand tools etc.).

• Strong knowledge of basic tools.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Preferred English speaking or strong bilingual.
• Good time management skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 Ibs.
• Must be able to safely climb ladders and work at heights.
• Must be able to bend, stoop, and work at floor level for extended periods.
• Customer Service – Acts in a professional, courteous and cooperative manner toward customers and coworkers.
• Dependability – Follows through and does what he/she says he/she will do. Show up for work on time and adheres to the established work schedule.

• Field environment including, but not limited to, machines, tools, chemicals, solvents, dust, and fumes.
• Occasional exposure to extreme weather conditions.
