Position: Community Services Restitution (CSR) Facilitator - Part Time - Community Supervision & Corrections

Fort Bend County is a growing community that values diversity and inclusion. We are looking for motivated individuals to serve as a Work Crew Coordinator. This role involves supervising community service projects and ensuring safety and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Develops and manages projects assigned to work crew.
  • Transports probationers to and from worksites, tows trailer, and works in outdoor environments throughout the year.
  • Coordinates schedules.
  • Prepares and maintains reports of activities and case documentation of community service restitution hours performed.
  • Ensures compliance with safety procedures.
  • Assigns duties and plans work of others.
  • Conducts drug testing and documents information in department computer system.
  • Signs for and maintain equipment issued.
Minimum

Job Requirements
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Two years job related experience.
  • Verbal, written communication, supervisory, and organizational skills.
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to deal effectively with the public, other employees, and elected officials.
  • Construction, building maintenance and/or lawn maintenance skills preferred.
  • Valid Texas Driver’s License.
  • Availability to work weekends and weekdays.
Salary and Benefits

Hourly rate: $16.43. Part‑time up to 29 hours per week. Closing date: upon filling position.
