- Manage warehouse operations, inventory accuracy, and material organization
- Coordinate domestic and international shipments, freight, and urgent service deliveries
- Handle shipping/receiving, picking, stocking, and inventory transactions in ERP
- Monitor inventory levels and replenish stock proactively
- Process purchase orders and coordinate with vendors and freight partners
- Track shipments, maintain logistics documentation, and communicate delivery updates
- Support service projects, outages, and preventative maintenance operations
- Escalate inventory shortages, shipment delays, and supply risks when necessary
- Experience independently managing warehouse or inventory operations
- Strong inventory control and material handling background
- ERP experience within manufacturing, logistics, or inventory environments
- Comfortable working autonomously in a fast-paced operational setting
- Experience with shipping, receiving, picking, and inventory movement
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
