Overview
LHH is teaming up with an organization in the real estate/property management industry in Roseville, CA in search of a Property Accountant to support financial reporting and daily operational accounting for their portfolio. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with internal teams, maintain accurate financial records, and contribute to smooth month-end processes. The organization values reliability, thoroughness, and a strong understanding of property-level financial activity.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to strengthen their real estate accounting experience in a hands-on role.
- Prepare property-level financial statements and supporting schedules
- Perform bank reconciliations and general ledger maintenance
- Review and code invoices to appropriate property accounts
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Analyze variances and provide explanations to management
- Maintain accurate records and support audits as needed
Required:
- 2–5 years of property accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles
- Experience preparing financial statements and reconciliations
- Proficiency with accounting software and Excel
- Ability to work fully onsite in Roseville, CA
Preferred:
- Experience supporting multiple properties
- Familiarity with property management systems
Start Date: ASAP

Pay RatePay Rate: $30–$35 per hour
