Salary: $90,000 - $120,000 per year

Our company is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and experienced Senior Tax Accountant to join our dynamic Accounting team. This is a permanent, full-time position that will provide the right candidate with an opportunity to contribute to our tax strategy and make a significant impact on our business. The Senior Tax Accountant will be responsible for preparing and reviewing federal and state income tax returns, researching tax regulations, maintaining tax records, and developing tax strategies.
This role requires a deep understanding of tax compliance, financial analysis, and cash flow management. The ideal candidate will have experience working with high net worth individuals, partnerships, C-Corps, S-Corps, and real estate tax.
- Prepare and review federal and state income tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
- Conduct thorough financial analysis and cash flow management.
- Manage tax compliance and ensure all tax obligations are met in a timely manner.
- Research and interpret tax regulations and provide guidance on tax impacts of business decisions.
- Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and maximize cash flow.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date tax records.
- Collaborate with the payroll team to ensure accurate reporting of payroll taxes.
- Provide tax planning services for high net worth individuals.
- Stay current with changing tax laws and regulations and communicate these changes to relevant stakeholders.
- Liaise with tax authorities and provide tax audit support as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in tax accounting, with a focus on tax compliance, financial analysis, and cash flow management.
- Proven experience preparing and reviewing tax returns for individuals, partnerships, C-Corps, and S-Corps.
- Solid understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Experience with tax planning for high net worth individuals.
- Strong knowledge of payroll and real estate tax.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High degree of integrity and professionalism.
