Senior Accountant

We are looking for an accounting professional for a collaborative team in Roseville, CA. This job would start right away and be excellent for someone with at least five years of accounting experience, experience using QBO, and strong month-end close experience. • Perform detailed bank, credit card, and balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies in a timely manner
• Manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients, including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and month-end close
• Prepare accurate financial statements and supporting schedules in accordance with GAAP
• Review and clean up client books within Quick Books Online, ensuring data accuracy and proper classifications
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams to gather financial data, answer questions, and provide insight
• Support tax preparation and audit processes by maintaining organized, audit‑ready financial records

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
• 5+ years of accounting experience, preferably within a CPA firm or client services environment
• Experience using Quick Books Online
• Strong expertise in account reconciliations and general ledger management; solid understanding of GAAP and financial reporting processes
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines
