Role Description

This is a part-time, hybrid position located in Roseville, CA. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for managing office operations, such as maintaining onboarding and offboarding paperwork, maintaining organized filing systems, and providing facilities support. Additional duties include community outreach and events, support with the hiring process, data entry (such as quickbooks) and supporting executives with administrative tasks. Some light office cleaning and supply ordering will also be apart of this position.

This position pays $18.50 per hour, and is approximately 20 hours per week.

Qualifications
  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills for managing records, and office tasks
  • Proficiency in communication skills and maintaining professionalism
  • Knowledge and experience in Executive Administrative Assistance
  • Excellent phone ettiquete and support to staff as needed
  • Familiarity with office software and productivity tools, such as Google Suite, Quickbooks Online, Loom
  • Organizational skills with attention to detail and time management
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an on-site team
  • Must be enthusiastic, motivated and a self starter
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
