About Us
We are a small but busy Family Law firm in Roseville seeking a full‑time Administrative Assistant (Family Law)
Key Responsibilities- Answer and route phone calls professionally
- Schedule consultations
- Greet clients and handle intake
- Manage client communication and reminders
- Draft and proofread correspondence
- Organize and maintain physical and digital client files
- Ensure accurate document naming
- File documents with the court (including e‑filing)
- Prepare hearing binders and exhibit lists
- Handle mail, scanning, copying, and document filing
- Maintain office supplies and coordinate with vendors
- Assist with financial spreadsheets
- Support attorneys with trial preparation
- Assist with new client onboarding and conflict checks
- General administrative support to keep the office organized
- Handle Fed Ex mail and picking up lunches
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word
- Experience with client intake, scheduling, and communication
- Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Associate degree preferred
- 1 year of Family Law or legal case management experience preferred
