Advanced IPM, a family-owned business with a strong commitment to service and employee development, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Contract Administrative Assistant to join our team. In this full-time role, you will play a key part in supporting our contract administration processes, ensuring accuracy in documentation, and providing exceptional support to our sales and service teams. Responsibilities
  • Provide backup and support to the contract administration team to ensure smooth operations.
  • Audit contracts and agreements for accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage daily schedules, service requests, and sales transactions efficiently.
  • Support Sales and Service Teams with accurate and timely data entry.
  • Handle administrative tasks such as scanning, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Assist with payroll reporting and related administrative duties as needed.
Qualifications
  • At least 2 years of administrative or customer service experience preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent spelling and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to self-start, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing directions quickly.
  • Demonstrated reliability, dependability, and a strong work ethic.
  • Willingness to learn about the industry and grow with the company.
