We are looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to support our team and help ensure smooth day-to-day office operations. This role includes assisting with scheduling, client communication, file preparation, and maintaining a welcoming office environment for our clients.
Responsibilities- Support daily office and administrative operations
- Answer phones and assist with client communication
- Prepare files and help coordinate client appointments
- Maintain organized client records and documentation
- Assist with ordering office supplies and general office needs
- Greet clients and maintain a professional front office environment
- Strong work ethic and high integrity
- Bilingual (English/Russian preferred)
- Comfortable speaking with clients on the phone and in person
- Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
- Basic computer skills and office experience preferred
- Team-oriented with a willingness to learn and grow
