Escrow Processor

Key Responsibilities

• Scan, image, and archive escrow-related documents to ensure accurate record retention and quality control compliance.
• Provide centralized clerical processing support for documents related to the opening and closing of residential escrows.
• Communicate information and instructions to escrow branches and, on occasion, customers.
• Receipt lender and buyer funds and assist escrow teams with in-office processing support.
• Support prior-to-document conditions, HOA demands, remediation tasks, and national escrow support functions.
• Maintain productivity and accuracy in a high-volume processing environment with repetitive daily tasks.

• Pay rate: $20.00 to $21.00 per hour.

• Daily workload includes approximately 6.5 hours of processing.

• Strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent time management, organization, and attention to detail.
• Strong customer service mindset
• Problem-solving ability and willingness to learn escrow support processes.
• Professional communication skills and dependable work habits.

• Previous escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, or property management experience is helpful but not required.
• Prior clerical, document processing, scanning, imaging, records management, or administrative support experience.
