A-Level Technician Master Mechanic; Honda

Salary Range: Up to $80,000/yr + bonus + benefits

** EARN UP TO $80,000/yr PLUS BONUS & BENEFITS**

This is NOT Flat Rate, will be billed hourly – Bonus based on output, including bonus

A-Level TECHNICIAN

Roseville Honda Motorsports is seeking a qualified, self-motivated, A-Level Technician who can communicate well, and values customer satisfaction to join our award-winning service department and RHM team!

Honda parts and accessories knowledge is a plus, but not necessary. Training on all Honda motorsports products will be provided.

Skills/

Qualifications:

• Must be able to accurately perform full and complete diagnosis on units
• Perform service, repair, and customization work in accordance with factory specs
• Provide clear written records of all repairs performed
• Own your own set of tools to perform the tasks required at your proficiency level
• Equipped to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to safety & quality workmanship
• Able to follow safety guidelines both in the workshop and when out on test rides
• Able to train, mentor, and transfer skills to fellow technicians
• Proficient in meeting deadlines, and completing work productively and profitably
• Minimize come-backs and deal with them promptly and satisfactorily when they do occur
• Have a strong attention to detail

Job Requirements:

• 7+ years of technical experience preferred
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Able to push a 700 lb. motorcycle and be able to lift 100 lbs.
• Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time
• Good driving record with a motorcycle endorsement
