CapEx & Public Funding Controller

Job Description

The Cap Ex and Public Funding Controller will be part of the small, but growing finance team at Bosch Roseville. As such, the individual will – together with a colleague – be responsible for the budgeting and planning of the Cap Ex projects for the Roseville site. The individual will be responsible for the successful management and monitoring of budgets on WBS element level and will be working closely with Roseville executive team members and order managers for the Cap Ex planning.

As the Cap Ex investments qualify for various public funding sources, the successful candidate will be working on applications as well as the reporting to relevant public funding stakeholders. In addition, the individual will – together with the CTG team – work on the M , CF and BP reporting and planning activities in SAP and P&L series as well as the reconciliation of IFRS and M  results.

The successful candidate works independently in SAP/R3 and understands the role as a true business partner.

• Responsible with a colleague for the budgeting and planning of the Cap Ex projects for the Roseville site
• Managing and monitoring of Cap Ex budgets on WBS element level
• Collaborating closely with Roseville executive team members and order managers for the Cap Ex planning
• Working on public funding applications and reporting to governmental agencies
• Joint work on M , CF and BP reporting and planning activities in SAP and P&L series; reconciliation of IFRS and M  results
• Work independently in SAP/R3 CO-module
• Prepare financial presentations and support reviews for local exec. management

• Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with a specialization in Finance or Accounting
• Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in an operations environment with experience in Cap Ex projects
• Advanced SAP/R3 skills required; ideally with experience in the SAP R/3 CO module
• Advanced knowhow of Microsoft Office (e.g. Excel, PPT, Word)
• Strong communications skills with a proven business partner mindset
• A self‑motivated, conscientious, team player with business acumen. Ability to identify and develop solutions to business issues as they arise
• Hands‑on mentality with the willingness to flexibly work on new tasks in a dynamic environment

• This role will work on site in Roseville, CA.
• This position works Monday‑Friday, additional hours as necessary
• Indefinite US work authorized individuals only. Future sponsorship for work authorization unavailable.

The U.S. base salary range for this full‑time position is $95,000-$125,000. Within the range, individual pay is determined based on several factors, including, but not limited to, work experience and job knowledge, complexity of the role, job location, etc. Your Recruiter can share more details about the specific salary range for this position during the interview process.
