Summary:
Support commercial construction projects from startup through closeout by coordinating documentation, schedules, subcontractors, and communication while assisting the Project Manager and Superintendent.
- Manage RFIs, submittals, drawings, meeting minutes, contracts, project logs, and closeout documentation.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project teams to track schedules, procurement, deliverables, and overall progress.
- Assist with change orders, pay applications, cost tracking, budgets, and other project controls.
- Support field operations through jobsite visits, inspection coordination, punch-list tracking, and issue resolution.
- Participate in project meetings and communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to keep projects organized, compliant, and on schedule.
