Customer Success Specialist

Key Responsibilities- Manage day-to-day client communications, including professional inbound and outbound contact with existing and potential clients. About 40+ inbound calls daily.
- Utilize technological platforms such as Google Suite (Gmail, Drive), Microsoft Office, and Salesforce to organize workflows and correspondence efficiently.
- Respond to emails, correspondence, and requests promptly, while prioritizing tasks as necessary.
- Keep the manager informed of substantial process changes or opportunities for improvement.
- Inspire confidence and trust in clients by delivering courteous and professional touchpoints, from welcoming conversations to training confirmations and courtesy calls.
- Actively support client development by fostering their ability to utilize training and resources effectively.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft Word, and Excel; familiarity with Google Suite and Salesforce is a strong plus.
- Ability to work independently, make sound decisions, troubleshoot, and develop efficient workflows.
- Customer service experience with a consistent record of delivering exceptional, client-focused interactions.
- Results-oriented, with a commitment to improving systems and processes to enhance performance and outcomes.
- Strong execution skills with a commitment to following tasks through to completion.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
