Customer Service Rep/Service Cashier

Pay: $18.00 Hourly

Schedule:

Tuesday
- Friday: 9:30am - 6:00pm, and Saturday: 7:00am - 5:30pm

• Provide customer follow-up, recording and tracking progress.
• Greet and assist customers who enter the store.
• Answer and direct incoming calls and inquiries.
• Assist the Office Manager and General Manager with multiple clerical tasks.
• Receive cash, checks and credit card payments from customers for parts/service invoices.
• Run checks through check processing system for guarantee.
• Daily cash reconciliation.

• 1 year of previous Customer Service experience.
• 1 year of Previous Cashier experience.
• A team player who is focused on providing first-class customer service.
• Experience responding to customer requests
• Experience handling support requests from a variety of different channels.
• Typing and basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.
• Working knowledge of CDK.

Total Rewards

The Hourly Pay for this position is $18.00.

Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
