- Responsible for managing relationships with assigned clients
- Providing the highest level of customer satisfaction for service delivery
- Act as primary liaison between client staff and Operation Center Management
- Perform project management duties for assigned Client base
- Create and manage detailed project plans for implementations
- Schedule resources for client activities
- Facilitate service delivery meetings and manage escalations from clients
- 2+ years of project management experience or equivalent
- College Degree or equivalent experience
- 4+ years of customer service experience
- Strong customer management skills
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple, complex accounts
- Must be able to work flexible hours
Demonstrates expertise in project management and customer relationship management, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and effective service delivery. Capable of managing multiple complex accounts while facilitating communication between clients and operational teams.
