This entry‑level position offers the chance to gain valuable experience in a fast‑paced, energetic hospitality environment. You will provide consistent quality service, accurate information across all areas of club operations, and monitor the Member Services Desk while supporting various club functions.
Member Services ResponsibilitiesProvide consistent quality service, accurate information regarding all areas of club operations, and monitor the Member Services Desk, including but not limited to policies and procedures. With a can‑do spirit and willingness to help wherever needed, you may also be trained and assigned to one or more of the following club areas:
- Café
- Recovery + Spa (reception)
- Housekeeping
- Sports
- Facilities
- $16.90 – $18.60 hourly, based on relevant experience
- California state sick leave pay

- Excellent phone skills; ability to handle intermittent heavy phone traffic
- Efficient, well‑organized, able to handle a variety of duties simultaneously
- Previous customer service experience
- Bilingual a plus
- Minimum 16 years of age (certification requirements vary for café roles)
- Five‑star customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced and varied environment where the customer is first
