Treatment Coordinator, Ortho

We are hiring immediately for a full-time Treatment Coordinator with Ortho experience in our Roseville dental practice. Whether scheduling appointments, answering patients' questions, presenting treatment plans and/or collecting payments, our TC's play an important role on the team successfully by communicating financial planning and available options based on the proposed treatment. They are responsible for ensuring the office flows smoothly and patients are seen and cared for in a timely manner.

• $19.00 - $25.00 per/hour DOE

• A minimum of 1 to 2 years front office experience presenting Treatment plans and going over costs of services
• Knowledge of Orthodontic terminology and case presentation
• Computer literate a must. Denticon experience a plus
• Bilingual, helpful but not a requirement
• Previous experience presenting Treatment Plans and going over costs of services preferred
• Insurance billing experience a plus
• Customer Service experience
• Must have reliable transportation

Schedule
Full-time, 35 to 40 hours

Office Hours
Monday/Wed/Friday 7:00 am to 3:30 pm
Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 am to 6:00 pm
