Sutter Medical Group (SMG) seeks to hire a BE/BC Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team in Jackson, CA!

We are seeking a motivated and mission‑driven Family Medicine Core Faculty Physician to join our rural residency program. • 0.5-0.7 FTE Faculty/Teaching + 0.3-0.5 FTE Clinical (flexible and negotiable)
• Core faculty rate: $171/hr (up to 0.7 FTE available)
• Work closely with Sacramento and Davis Faculty

• Must be able to teach, supervise, and evaluate residents using ACGME competency‑based assessment frameworks - Required
• Must participate in curriculum development, resident assessment, and program evaluation, contributing to continuous program improvement - Required
