. The practice is based at a 53‑bed rural hospital with minimal subspecialty support
—no NICU, Urology, or Maternal‑Fetal Medicine on site—but referral options are available at nearby tertiary care centers. The hospital is known for its exceptional labor and delivery nursing staff and outstanding patient feedback regarding compassionate, high‑quality care.

The practice averages 20‑25 deliveries per month
, with low acuity and a strong collaborative team environment
. Opportunity exists to grow the gynecologic surgery program, with access to robotic‑assisted surgery
