As a Swim Instructor at Life Time Northern California, you will lead swimming programs and provide personalized lessons for children of different ages and skill levels. This role is perfect for students at who have a strong passion for swimming, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to motivate young swimmers while fostering a love for the water. Currently, we are seeking an enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team at Life Time Northern California in Roseville, CA.

• Provide swim instruction for students of varying ages and skill levels
• Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
• Assess student progress and offer feedback and support

• Experience working with students in educational or instructional settings
• Proficient in various swim strokes and techniques
• Knowledgeable in water safety and survival skills
• Currently certified in CPR & First Aid (infant, child & adult)
• Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
• Effective behavior management abilities
• Experience in childcare or sports coaching is a plus
• Passion for swimming and working with children
