Role Description

This is a full-time, in-person role for a Solar Operations Admin based in Roseville, CA. This position plays a critical role in supporting Sales Representatives by managing projects from contract to installation. The Solar Operations Admin will coordinate project timelines, ensure accurate documentation and permitting, track project milestones, and maintain clear communication between sales, design, permitting, and installation teams. The role focuses on keeping projects organized, on schedule, and moving efficiently through each stage of the pipeline while providing updates and support to the sales team.

Qualifications
  • Experience in solar and/or roofing operations, project coordination, or sales support
  • Understanding of solar systems, permitting, and installation processes
  • Strong organizational and project management skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills to support sales reps and cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in CRM and operational/project management software
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience in renewable energy or construction industries preferred
