- Proficient in roadway, utility, and infrastructure design
- Skilled in grading and drainage design

- Experience with hydrology and hydraulic calculations
- Knowledgeable about stormwater quality system design and analysis
- Ability to prepare plans, specifications, quantities, and cost estimates
- Competency in report preparation and project coordination with agencies
- Proven ability to provide bidding and/or construction support to clients or agencies
