Practiceandpartner with seasoned leaders, technical specialists, and subject matter expertsto deliver the highest quality solutions to our clients with consistency and accuracy.

What You’llDo

You’llwork individually and in teams tosupport capital project sand implement solutions for our clients.

Together, you will help our clients make critical changes to improve their performance and realize their most important goals.

  • Work under the supervision of apreconstruction manager, construction project manager, or site superintendent in the planning, design,and construction management of design/build projects

  • Become trained to support our site managers and construction project managers,and ultimately tomove intosuch a role

  • Gain experience in the building of industrial structures in manufacturing, distribution, cold storage,advanced technologies,oil & gas, pharma, andfood processing

  • Develop project schedules, phasing plans, bid lists, punch lists, and subcontractor notices to proceed

  • Manage project budgets, cost forecasts, change orders, cost estimates, and subcontractor invoices

  • Prepare documents including bids,scopes of work, and safety plans

  • Conducton-site safety reviews and subcontractor scope reviews

  • Implement quality control program activities

  • Prequalify vendors and subcontractors

  • Process RFIs,bulletins,andsubmittals

  • Participate in post project reviews

  • Make an impact day-to-day with your skills and expertise, strengthening that relationship with our clients and team

What You’ll Bring
  • Construction industry related experience including project management (preferred)

  • Extensive PROCORE experience

  • Experience overseeingthebuilding/renovation offacilitiesin the manufacturing of food, beverage, consumer productsor life science industries

  • A willingness to travel for project requirementsincludinginstallation and start-up activities, client andcompany sponsored meetings, trainings, industry related seminars, forums,and conventions

  • Abachelor of scienceincivil engineering or construction management

  • OSHA 10- or 30-hour certification
