Expected annual salary range for this job is $110,000 - $130,000 depending on experience.

VDC/BIM Specialist to join our office in Roseville, CA.

The Senior VDC/BIM Specialist is essential in ensuring that digital construction models are precise, well-coordinated, and meet project requirements throughout all phases, from preconstruction to construction. Reporting directly to the Roseville BIM Manager, this role is a key part of the VDC Department. If you are an architect, designer, MEP engineer, trade partner, or have extensive experience and a passion for innovation and technology in VDC/BIM, this position offers a unique opportunity for professional growth.

• Strong expertise in Revit, Navisworks, and other BIM/VDC platforms like Revizto,and BIM 360.
• Proven ability to lead coordination efforts, resolve constructability issues, and support self-performed construction workflows.
• Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for engaging with clients, designers, and trade partners.
• Proficiency in processing and analyzing laser scans, drone footage, and 3D data for project insights.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and contribute to advancing VDC/BIM best practices.
• Passion for continuous learning, professional development, and technical excellence.

Bachelor’s or Master Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Engineering and management, MEP Coordinator or related VDC/BIM work experience
