BRM NAPA Auto Care is looking for a Service Advisor who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys building customer relationships, and takes pride in delivering an exceptional service experience from start to finish.

• Starting pay $25-$35 hourly (based on experience) + Bonus potential

As a Service Advisor, you'll be responsible for managing the customer experience from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting customers and performing vehicle write-ups
• Managing repair orders from start to finish
• Communicating with customers by phone, text, and email
• Reviewing and presenting Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs)
• Creating repair recommendations and maintenance suggestions as needed
• Following up on estimates and repair approvals
  
  Coordinating with technicians to ensure efficient workflow
• Delivering outstanding customer service throughout the repair process
• Maintaining accurate documentation using NAPA TRACS and Auto Vitals

• 3+ years of Service Advisor experience preferred
• Independent repair shop experience preferred
• Automotive industry experience is helpful but not required
• Strong customer service or hospitality experience considered
• Excellent communication and follow-through skills
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Positive attitude and team-first mentality
• Strong work ethic and personal drive
• Comfortable learning shop management and communication software

• Shop hours: 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM
• Saturday hours: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Rotating schedule with split days off
• Saturday availability required
