The Senior Client Service Associate supports business operations, client service delivery, and firm performance. This position manages reporting, maintains data integrity, oversees billing processes, and optimizes workflows within our CRM and portfolio management systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and is comfortable using data to inform decisions and drive operational improvements.
What you’ll Do:- Develop, maintain, and deliver client‑facing reports communicating portfolio performance, financial metrics, and account activity.
- Prepare and analyze internal performance reports to track key business metrics, operational efficiency, and advisor productivity.
- Provide ad hoc analysis and reporting for special projects and leadership initiatives.
- Design, build, and maintain workflows within Salesforce CRM to streamline client onboarding, service requests, and compliance tracking.
- Support data integrity across CRM, portfolio management, and reporting systems to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee and execute regular billing processes focusing on accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to client agreements.
- Collaborate with advisors, client service associates, and operations staff to identify and implement process improvements.
- Assist with regulatory and compliance‑related reporting and documentation.
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
- Professional judgment, discretion, and commitment to accuracy.
- Collaborative mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A bachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, information systems, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in financial services, ideally within an RIA, broker‑dealer, or wealth management firm.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with financial reporting tools or portfolio management systems preferred.
- Experience with Salesforce CRM platforms; workflow automation experience is a plus.
- Familiarity with RIA billing processes and performance reporting strongly preferred.
Internal applicants must be in good standing and have a minimum of 1 year of service with Kestra. Internal applicants must also have a minimum of 1 year service in current role unless approved by EVP.
