• Assist Sr. Escrow Officers or Escrow Officers in Branch to facilitate closing process.
• Coordinate and communicate between all parties in the transaction.
• Obtain and/or prepare all closing documents necessary to effectuate settlement.
• Prepare the closing statement (HUD), lender, attorney, seller and/or purchaser documents as necessary and allowed by local, state, and federal law.
• Conduct closings as allowed by local, state, and federal law and local custom.
• Disburse, balance, and post close files after closing.
• Perform other duties assigned by management from time to time.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to follow established guidelines, policies and procedures.
• Detail oriented, good time management skills, and works well in a team setting.
• At least 1 to 3 years work related experience.
• Escrow certification may be necessary in some states; ability to obtain Notary Public Certification.

The salary for this position is $23.45 - $31.00 an hour.
