What You'll Do:
- Process ACH, wire transfers, disputes, stop payments, returns, online banking support, and other daily bank operations
- Research and resolve operational issues while providing excellent customer service
- Support compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures
- Work with branches and internal departments to resolve account and operational requests
- Assist with training, special projects, and process improvements (Level III)
- 3-5+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of bank or credit union operations experience
- Strong knowledge of central/back-office banking operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
