Bank Operations Service Representative

What You'll Do:

• Process ACH, wire transfers, disputes, stop payments, returns, online banking support, and other daily bank operations
• Research and resolve operational issues while providing excellent customer service
• Support compliance with banking regulations and internal procedures
• Work with branches and internal departments to resolve account and operational requests
• Assist with training, special projects, and process improvements (Level III)

• 3-5+ years (Level II) or 5+ years (Level III) of bank or credit union operations experience
• Strong knowledge of central/back-office banking operations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and 10-key
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
