Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Teller/Back Office professional for a full-time, direct hire Central Operations Service Representative II or III opportunity in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for a banking operations professional who enjoys accuracy-focused work, problem solving, and supporting both branch teams and clients behind the scenes.
This opportunity offers a stable banking environment with supportive leadership, strong teamwork, and the chance to build broader expertise across ACH, wire transfers, online banking, disputes, deposits, and other core operational functions. Key Responsibilities- Process banking operations transactions including ACH, wire transfers, Regulation E claims, merchant disputes, chargebacks, stop payments, remote deposits, online account openings, and dormant account activity.
- Support consumer and commercial online banking services while helping resolve operational questions and service issues.
- Respond to inquiries from branches, clients, and internal departments with professionalism, accuracy, and urgency.
- Assist with legal processes, callback verifications, account file maintenance, and other central operations functions as assigned.
- Maintain compliance with bank policies, procedures, and applicable state and federal regulations.
- Cross-train with team members, support process improvements, and, at the Representative III level, assist with escalations, training, procedure writing, and departmental projects.
