We are seeking a Banker II or Banker III for a direct hire opportunity in the Roseville and Folsom CA area with a relationship-focused community banking environment. This role is ideal for an experienced retail banking professional with recent teller and new account experience who enjoys delivering exceptional service, building long-term client relationships, and contributing to branch growth.
This position offers the opportunity to join a supportive branch team where customer care, professionalism, and community connection are valued. Key Responsibilities- Open and service consumer and business deposit accounts while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Process teller transactions efficiently, professionally, and in accordance with banking procedures.
- Assist customers with account maintenance, banking questions, and financial service needs.
- Cross-sell appropriate banking products and services based on customer goals and relationship opportunities.
- Build strong client relationships through responsive service, follow-up, and problem resolution.
- Support branch operations, compliance requirements, referral goals, and overall team success.
- Pay range: $20.00 to $28.60 per hour depending on experience and qualifications.

- Open new consumer and business accounts and maintain accurate account documentation.
- Process teller transactions and support daily branch operations.
- Provide relationship-based customer service and identify appropriate banking solutions.
- Support compliance standards, including BSA requirements and banking regulations.
- Minimum 2+ years of recent teller experience in a retail banking environment.
- Experience opening consumer and business accounts.
- Knowledge of banking regulations, account documentation, and BSA compliance.
- Strong customer service, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to cross-sell banking products and services in a customer-focused manner.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking systems.
- Ability to handle confidential customer information with professionalism and discretion.
- Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through in a branch banking setting.
- Experience with CDs, IRAs, trust accounts, and business banking.
- Community banking or relationship-based banking experience.
- Demonstrated success meeting referral goals or branch sales goals.
- Ability to contribute to a positive team culture and provide dependable support to branch leadership.
