Caregiver; HCA + Drivers License

Overview

Caregiver (HCA + Valid Drivers License Needed) – The Key.

Location:

City of Roseville, and occasionally Rocklin, Lincoln and other cities in Placer County. Pay: $18-23/hr now Hiring. Part-time – 4-12 hours daily (could eventually turn into full-time).

You will have the responsibility to help implement customized care plans that nurture the whole person in mind, body and spirit. You will provide impeccable care to clients by assisting with scheduled activities and overall care management, treating clients like family and enhancing their quality of life.

• Delivering exceptional care to the client in their home
• Help execute comprehensive personalized weekly schedules and care plans
• Complete daily tasks in a safe and professional manner (ADLs)
• Provide personal companionship and ongoing social & emotional support
• Assist with personal care activities including hygiene, mobility, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding and meal preparation
• Maintain safety, order and client enjoyment at all times
• Administrative tasks such as documentation of completed tasks and reporting changes in the client’s condition or behavior

• Must have a minimum of 1 year professional caregiving experience (applicants with less than 1 year will be automatically disqualified)
• Reliable transportation and valid Driver’s License is REQUIRED
• Alzheimer's or Dementia experience is a plus
• Empathy, compassion and kindness
• Ability to use sound judgment and stay calm in various situations
• Reliable, dependable and punctual
• Basic computer skills and overall technical savviness
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Ability to pass a background check and provide references
