Schedule:

PRN (minimum availability of two shifts per month required)

As a PRN Medication Aide at Country House Granite Bay, an Agemark Senior Living Community, you’ll play an essential role in supporting resident health, safety, and well-being. Agemark has been recognized as a certified Great Place to Work and one of the nation’s top assisted living providers.

• Make a direct impact by ensuring residents receive medications safely and accurately.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and coworkers.
• Work in a collaborative environment focused on teamwork and high-quality care.
• Gain valuable experience while strengthening your clinical and caregiving skills.

• Safely administer medications according to physician orders and individualized care plans.
• Accurately document medication administration and maintain required records.
• Observe residents for changes in condition or potential side effects and promptly report concerns.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living while promoting dignity and independence.
• Support a safe, positive, and respectful living environment for residents and team members.
• Follow all community policies, state regulations, and medication safety standards.

• Hold an active California Medication Aide certification (or meet state requirements).
• Have strong communication and documentation skills.
• Demonstrate compassion, patience, and attention to detail.
• Are comfortable using electronic systems for charting and medication documentation.
• Are dependable and flexible when picking up PRN shifts as needed.
