Our team is growing, and we're looking for Physical Therapists to join us in Roseville, CA. This position is staffed in one of our senior living community partners.

• Provide 1:1 outpatient physical therapy and/or Telehealth services to residents one on our senior living community partners.
• Drive rewarding patient outcomes by facilitating clinically-excellent autonomous interventions.
• Be a part of an interdisciplinary approach by a therapy team focused on functional outcomes.
• Pioneer Geriatric House Calls™ to older adults in their communities and help abolish ageism through 1:1 care.

• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Basic computer literacy skills.
• Current CPR certification.

• Autonomy to create, control, and alter your treatment schedule.

In this region of California, the standard base pay range for a Full-Time role is $80,000 - $110,000 annually with an opportunity to earn more. Part-Time and FOX Flex (PRN) will be pro-rated.
